During these monthly sessions we practise mindfulness and self-compassion together as a community. It’s an opportunity for us to experience stillness, awaken the senses, and come home to the body through heart-centred mindfulness and compassion practices.
Whether you’ve been practising for some time or are new to mindfulness, you’re welcome to join us in practice
Sunday Online Mindfulness Circles 2024 (on the last Sunday of every month)
Mindfulness practice helps us to tune into and familiarise ourselves with our inner world so that we can recognise and respond to life’s challenges skilfully, instead of reacting to what we don’t want to experience.
Resourcing ourselves with attitudes of both awareness and compassion – we will continue in our sessions to navigate our changing and sometimes challenging lives
Our practice helps us discern what’s really important; what we need, as opposed to what we want – or don’t want – in our lives.
Compassion, the second wing of mindfulness, is sometimes described as “a lubricant for the heart”. With kindly acceptance and care for our experience, we deepen into a more conscious and tender relationship with ourselves and others.
I look forward to your joining me at all, or, some of these upcoming sessions.
