Online Mindfulness and Compassion Circles

During these sessions we practise mindfulness together as a community.  It’s an opportunity for us to experience stillness,  awaken the senses, and come home to the body through heart-centred mindfulness and compassion practices.

Whether you’ve been practising for some time or are new to mindfulness, you’re welcome to join us in practice

Sunday Online Mindfulness 2021

 Mindfulness practice helps us to tune into and familiarise ourselves with our inner world so that we can recognise and respond to life’s challenges skilfully, instead of reacting to what we don’t want to experience.

Resourcing ourselves with both wings of mindfulness – awareness and compassion – we will continue in our sessions to navigate these changing and sometimes challenging times. 

Our practice helps us discern what’s really important; what we need, as opposed to what we want, in our  lives.

Compassion, the second wing of mindfulness, is sometimes described as “a lubricant for the heart”. With kindly acceptance and care for our experience, we deepen into a more conscious and tender relationship to ourselves and others.
