We meet on the last Sunday of the month and practice mindfulness in a small group..Whether you’ve been practising for some time, or, are new to mindfulness, you’re welcome to come along.

10.30 am – 1.00 pm at Monkstown Therapy Centre, 26, Longford Tce. Monkstown (opp Salthill Dart Station), Co Dublin.
During the morning we practice a variety of sitting meditation, body awareness, mindful movement and walking meditation. This session offers an opportunity to slow down, awaken your senses, and come home to the body through heart-centred mindfulness meditation practices.
