During the summer months, I’m offering an online mindfulness session on the 2nd and last Sunday of the month.
We practice a variety of sitting meditation, body awareness and mindful movement These sessions offer you an opportunity to slow down, awaken your senses, and come home to the body through heart-centred mindfulness meditation practices.
July; 12th and 26th.
August: 9th and 30th
Time: 10.30- 11.30 am
Fee Structure: €50 for 3 months (June,July, & August ) €20 per month (2 sessions) or €15 per individual session.
